Two servings of fruit are undoubtedly a great way to add extra nutrition and make your diet healthier. Here are some fruits that have an extra benefit of keeping your skin radiant and healthy!

Berries – Strawberry, blueberries, blackberries and so on… They’re small and hence perfect for an afternoon snack when you’re feeling peckish. You’ll benefit from the antioxidants found in them!
